For over three decades, Berkeley native Sanford Dole, 222’s Choral Music Programmer, has been producing concerts with a variety of the area’s top musicians under the banner Sanford Dole Ensemble. For the first time at THE 222, he is joined by a group of talented vocal artists in a program titled “Intimate Grandeur.” Featuring large-scale works for eight-part choirs, this program will be sung in the intimate confines of THE 222 by an octet, singing one-on-a-part. Works by Giovanni Gabrieli, Sergei Rachmaninov, Charles Ives, and others.

Our Venue
THE 222 is a small intimate venue. All seats are very good and have a clear view of the stage.
Seating for this concert is club style with round tables that seat four people. Seating will be assigned by the date of purchase, so the sooner you buy your tickets the closer you will be within the ticket level you purchase from.

Accessibility
THE 222 is all on ground level. There are no steps. All facilities are ADA compliant. Public parking is available on the north side of the building and along Healdsburg Ave. and Center St.

Wine and beverage service is available at THE 222 through Grapeseed Wines. Please come early to make sure you have time to get a drink and be comfortably situated at your table before the event.
Complimentary wrapped chocolates are provided at your table for most events.
No food service is currently provided.
