The Electric Squeezebox Orchestra, led by trumpeter Erik Jekabson, is the San Francisco Bay Area’s own seventeen- piece big band. It plays music composed and arranged by its members, which include some of the very best of the Bay Area’s jazz musicians. The composers and arrangers draw from a wide variety of influences but always come up with powerful music with groove, beauty and subtlety. You’ll catch many of the Bay Area’s top jazz musicians subbing into the band each performance, and the band has collaborated with special guests Kalil Wilson, John Santos, Kenny Washington, Spok, Madeline Eastman, Sandy Cressman, Edgardo Cambon, Nicolas Bearde, Mads Tolling, Kellye Gray, Alan Ferber, Dayna Stephens, Harvey Wainapel, Ben Goldberg and Remy LeBouef.
They have two CDs out on the OA2 label: The Falling Dream and Cheap Rent. Their most recent CD, Matter Is, on the DoubleOone record label, features their collaborations with guest vocalists Madeline Eastman, Sandy Cressman, Kalil Wilson, Kenny Washington and Avotjca.

Our Venue
THE 222 is a small intimate venue. All seats are very good and have a clear view of the stage.
Seating for this concert is club style with round tables that seat four people. Seating will be assigned by the date of purchase, so the sooner you buy your tickets the closer you will be within the ticket level you purchase from.

THE 222 is all on ground level. There are no steps. All facilities are ADA compliant. Public parking is available on the north side of the building and along Healdsburg Ave. and Center St.

Wine and beverage service is available at THE 222 through Grapeseed Wines. Please come early to make sure you have time to get a drink and be comfortably situated at your table before the event.
